FTD Demagnetizer
Product Description:
Frame structure demagnetizer is used for precision demagnetization
of various kinds of iron work pieces such as tools, moulds,
bearings. Send work pieces from the frame structure demagnetization
through the middle hole which can achieve good demagnetizing effect
when electrified. It is suitable for automatic process, working
with non-magnetic conveyor belt, improving productivity, working
for a long time, and its simple and convenient operation.
1.Working principle:
According to the principle of electromagnetics, the frame structure
demagnetizer is designed with electromagnetic field. The
alternating magnetic field is generated in the coil of AC power
supply, and the track of hysteresis loop is smaller and smaller.
When the magnetic field strength is reduced to zero, the residual
remanence br in the work piece is close to zero, so as to achieve
the demagnetization effect. The use of capacitance compensation
technology can greatly reduce the operating power of the machine
and save energy.
2.Application:
It is widely used in occasions requiring ultrasonic cleaning and
electron beam welding, such as demagnetization of large-scale mold,
automobile parts, bearing parts, hydraulic parts, stamping parts,
hardware tool products, machining parts and other low coercive
materials.
